Our Kitchen & Chefs

Our Development Chefs are passionate about food, diligent about quality and love to innovate.

The creation of our range of bespoke products, tailored to each client’s unique requirements, starts with our Development Chefs, working alongside our Process Technologist, Quality Assurance Supervisor and our Culinary Director, in our bespoke development kitchen to fulfil the latest client brief.

We design and create dishes for our clients as part of our service, often refreshing menus on a seasonal basis to ensure that we are making the most of real ingredients and designing menus inspired by the latest food trends.

For new clients, who are looking to outsource to achieve consistency or who may need to change manufacturer, we can also ‘match back’ existing products – often improving the product in the process.

And because this passion for food - and diligence for quality - is mirrored by our Factory Chefs, and because our Factory Kitchen is designed to mimic a larger scale restaurant kitchen we are able to easily transition recipes from development to manufacturing without incurring significant changes in recipes.
